Sage has a lot of health benefits and it has amazing properties. It is amazing to use it if you want to deflate the abdomen, and it is perfect for weight loss. Certain studies have shown that it has important properties including vitamin B, C, glucose, saponin, estrogen, potassium, bitter principles, glucose and bactericidal enzyme. Sage is herb of women and it is very powerful.

How to use sage:

For gums and throat: make an infusion and gargle it 3 times in a day.

To fight sweat: soak ½ liter of alcohol 70 and 50 grams of dried sage. Infuse it for 7 days and stir it on a daily basis.

Use 50 drops once or twice in a day.

To use it as a digestive tonic and for washing wounds: add 3 teaspoons of the dried plant in 3 cups of boiled water. Leave it to sit and drink 3 cups on a daily basis.

Against paralysis and rheumatism: take 2 handfuls of sage leaves and add them in 2 liters of water. Boil it for 15 minutes and strain it in a tub. Use to for a bath 2 or 3 times in a week.

For healing wounds: combine honey with the concentrated tincture or infusion and gently apply it over your wound.
Against skin diseases which are caused by fungi: make poultices and baths.

For reliving arthritis pain and deflate joints: rub these areas using sage oil.
As a toner for oily skin: make a toner by boiling one tablespoon of sage in 250 ml of water. Steep the sage for half an hour and strain it. Use a cotton ball to apply on the skin.

Against hair loss: combine 3-4 drops of sage oil in the same amount of peppermint and rosemary oil essential oil. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil to dilute it and masse the scalp with this mixture 2 times in a day.

For sore throat: boil a little bit of sage leaves in 100 ml of water and steep for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture, add honey for sweetness and gargle it 2 times in a day.

As a hair lotion: combine a hand of sage leaves in the same amount of rosemary and boil them in water (6 oz) for 3 minutes. Steep for additional 3 minutes, strain it and use the mixture to massage our scalp.


You should not ingest it in the first couple of months of pregnancy, because it is abortive.

Women who breastfeed should not use it as it can block milk production.
