Dana Glowacka is a fitness blogger who managed to hold a plank for 4 hours, while an average human can endure holding planks for only 5 minutes more or less.

She managed to hold a plank for 4 hours and 20 minutes, thus breaking the Women’s International Planking Record. Even her brother came from a 24-hour trip just to stand by and watch her breaking the world’s record.

In 2016, at the International World Cup Plank Challenge held in Beijing, Dana placed second as she managed to hold a plank for 2 hours and 5 minutes.

Maria Kalimera from Cyprus was the previous record holder who endured planking for 3 hours and 31 minutes.
