Ingredients:

• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 handfuls of fresh basil
• Parmesan cheese

• ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
• A handful of malunggay leaves

Optional ingredients:

• Chili flakes
• Nutmeg
• Lemon juice
• Lemon zest

Instructions:

Put the ingredients into a blender (except for the salt and cheese) and mix them well. Add the olive oil slowly and mix again until the mixture gets a paste-like consistency. Then, stir well while adding salt and cheese.
