Around 65% of women actually dye their hair. They are using commercial hair dyes and they contain a lot of dangerous chemicals. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) showed that hair dye products have more than 5,000 different chemicals in them.

– Phenylenediamine (PPD), it is a respiratory and skin irritant and in the European Union it has been classified as dangerous and toxic to the environment.
